Potential Medicine™

A framework for preserving what most
medicine waits too long to protect.

Potential Medicine™ shifts the focus from treating disease to preserving the capacity that keeps you healthy and capable over time. It emphasizes early action, deeper measurement, and careful, precise clinical care. A model built for preservation, not reaction.A model built for preservation, not reaction.

About
Dr. Ryan Welter, MD, PhD

Physician · Scientist · Surgeon · Founder

Ryan Welter, MD PhD, earned his MD from the University of Oklahoma, completed residency at Brown University, and holds a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Oklahoma State University, with research focused on nitric oxide and mitochondrial electron transport.

He pioneered early biologic therapies in hair restoration beginning in 2006 with platelet‑rich plasma, introduced stromal vascular fraction (SVF) therapy in 2011, and founded Regeneris Medical, where cell‑based therapies, longevity strategies, and aesthetic medicine are unified under the Potential Medicine™ framework.

His clinical philosophy emerged from a simple observation: patients improved most when physicians stepped beyond guidelines to treat the whole human being over time.
